A new website

Today, Silence has a brand new website and a blog. Although its content remains unchanged, this is an opportunity to make full use of the GitLab Pages system, which allows us to say goodbye to the previous site running with NodeJS. It is also the occasion to underline that Silence still needs you. Over the past few years, Silence codebase differed from Signal because of the huge difference of available energy in the two projects.
